Full Description
Identifies programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), a cell surface protein involved in immune evasion by tumor cells. PD-L1 expression helps assess eligibility for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies and is seen in a variety of cancers, including lung, breast, bladder, and melanoma. The E1L3N clone is widely used for evaluating PD-L1 expression in tumor and immune cells within the tumor microenvironment.
