P63/Myosin Cocktail

This antibody cocktail combines p63, a nuclear marker for myoepithelial and basal cells, with smooth muscle myosin heavy chain (SMMHC), a cytoplasmic marker of myoepithelial differentiation. Together, they are highly useful for evaluating breast lesions. The dual stain highlights myoepithelial cell nuclei (brown) and cytoplasm (red), allowing clear identification of the myoepithelial layer. This aids in distinguishing benign breast lesions (which retain myoepithelial cells) from invasive carcinomas (which lack them).
