Client Services is the primary operational hub for existing and prospective Vitro clients. Use this section for onboarding, requisition forms, specimen collection materials, specimen kits, handling and shipping guidance, pickup requests, and reporting or billing support.
Downloadable forms, requisitions, specimen collection materials, and related client resources should live under Client Services rather than as separate top-level navigation paths.
For portal access, clients should use Client Login. For test discovery, clients should use the Test Menu.
