Vitro Molecular Laboratories uses an advanced laboratory information system to support efficient communication between the laboratory and its clients. Through the client portal, authorized users can access tools designed to streamline the laboratory testing process, including online ordering, result review, case tracking, and communication with the Vitro team.
The client portal is intended for physicians, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and authorized healthcare professionals who work with Vitro for reference laboratory testing and diagnostic services. Access is limited to approved users and should be used only for legitimate clinical, operational, or administrative purposes.
Clients may use the portal to support workflows related to specimen submission, test ordering, laboratory reporting, and follow-up communication. Vitro's client service team remains available to assist with access questions, onboarding, account setup, and general support.
